You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Lithoplax to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms. Lithoplax reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

In no event shall Lithoplax’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the services for any reason, without notice, at any time. You agree that Lithoplax shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the services.
